We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our Chesterfield location. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations while leading and developing a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence and team success.

• Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of work
• Manage staff scheduling, time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational needs
• Assist in training new employees and facilitate ongoing professional development initiatives
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Maintain a professional and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with management on inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandising standards
• Perform administrative duties including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Support the implementation of company initiatives and strategic objectives at the store level

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail, hospitality, or operations environment
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, scheduling software, and other management tools
• Customer service excellence and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Preferred: Experience with conflict resolution and staff performance management
• Preferred: Knowledge of operations management and process improvement methodologies
