It supplies a variety of industries, including the telecom, data com, computer and peripheral, automotive, premise wiring, industrial, consumer, medical and military markets.

Qualification: Diploma/BE
Experience: 8-10 yrs
Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

• To interact with planning team towards Scheduling and Machine loading.
• Develop and maintain dept. SOP, WI, flow charts, Formats and ensure compliance of the same.
• Plan and execution of On job training, preparing skill matrix and identify training needs and development of team members
• Ensure and involve audits on compliance to ISO / TS quality requirements at assembly dept.
• Plan, assign, and monitor operating Performance Goals. Performance appraisals for the team members
• Ensure timely updating of Aspect - Impact Study and execution of EMP's.
• Ensure compliance with all Molex policies & procedures in assembly dept.
• Lead and take GLSS projects in the areas supervised and other areas as and when required.
• Support development and timely execution of samples within specified time and budget.
• Ensure resource allocation across the shifts for production and maintenance activities.
• Ensure smooth running of Manual assembly and address all issues related to Sub contractor.
• Any other project/work assigned by management
• Good analytical, communication and Leadership skills.
