Assistant Manager - Gaming & Esports Strategy Support

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Manager - Gaming & Esports Strategy Support to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving our strategic initiatives in this rapidly evolving sector.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic development and execution of gaming and esports projects, ensuring they align with Qiddiya's overall vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategies for gaming and esports initiatives that cater to diverse audiences.

• Support the planning and execution of gaming and esports events, ensuring logistical efficiency and participant satisfaction.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive benchmarks that inform strategy development.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling event experiences that engage and attract participants.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of gaming and esports initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting strategic recommendations and project progress.

• Foster relationships with gaming and esports stakeholders, including developers, teams, and sponsors, to enhance collaboration and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Game Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gaming, esports, or event management with strategic focus.

• Strong understanding of the gaming and esports landscape, including market dynamics and audience engagement strategies.
