You will be joining our Private Enterprise - Delivery & Data Excellence (DDX) team, who are experts in their fields, specializing in technical accounting, processes, and efficiencies. The Delivery & Data Excellence team works to improve the value and impact of compliance work through standardizing technology and exploring data analytics and new technology. • Review of annual financial statements for junior team members, providing feedback and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and taxation standards.
• Potential to be involved in the preparation of some of our more complex group engagements, if required.
• Assist junior team members to prioritise work effectively to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Contribute to our high-performance team culture with an innovative approach to the delivery of our technical accounting work.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and identify any development or training needs.
• Recognize business development opportunities and be able to build key business relationships.

• 4+ years of relevant professional accounting compliance experience.
• CA ANZ or CPA membership or relevant overseas professional body.
• Competent user of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and accounting systems.
• Experienced with mentoring and coaching junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational/time management skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Professional approach to work and a strong client focus.
