Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Onboarding and induction.
• Confirmation process.
• Transfers and employee movement.
• Exit management and clearance process.

Employee Engagement

• Drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct employee connect programs.
• Support employee wellness and culture initiatives.

Performance Management

• Coordinate PMS activities.
• Facilitate goal setting and review cycles.
• Support talent review discussions.

Talent Management

• Succession planning support.
• Learning and development coordination.
• Career development initiatives.

HR Operations

• Employee records and documentation.
• HR dashboards and MIS.
• Policy implementation and governance.
• HR audit readiness.

Compliance

• Labor law compliance support.
• HR process governance.
• Documentation control and audits.
