Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing

• Strong experience in growth-focused lead acquisition.
• Hands-on performance marketing experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush, and Sensor Tower.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence making decisions based on large datasets.
• Deep understanding of performance metrics such as CAC, CPL, and CPA.
• Experience managing budget pacing and media spend.
• Ability to create clear, actionable performance content briefs.
• Advanced English.
