• Efficiently manage shifts, including opening and closing procedures, while maintaining detailed records and documentation
• Handle cash management, financial transactions, and reconciliation with accuracy and transparency
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, implementing effective solutions
• Support inventory management, supply ordering, and stock rotation to optimize operational efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained store environment that reflects our brand standards
• Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and support the implementation of marketing initiatives
• Participate actively in employee training, onboarding, and development programs to build a strong team
• Enforce and model food safety, hygiene, and health standards consistently across all operations
• Analyze store performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industry
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Proficiency in cash handling, basic mathematics, and financial transaction accuracy
• Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and best practices
• Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
• Experience with store operations management, inventory control, and supply ordering
• Ability to support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving store performance goals
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior experience in the food service or pizza delivery industry (preferred)
