Salary, benefits, and support are competitive with other AACSB accredited schools. Tenure-track faculty members typically teach a 3:2 load. The Robins School is committed to mentoring a diverse and inclusive community of undergraduate students, and small class sizes of 20-25 students allow our faculty to get to know their students very well.
A Ph.D. in Accounting is required by the time of appointment. Preference will be given to candidates with interest in teaching in the areas of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) and/or Audit with a commitment to incorporating data analytics and artificial intelligence into course content. Professional work experience related to accounting and auditing and/or a professional certification in Accounting (such as being a licensed CPA) is preferred but not required.
