Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of pharmaceutical manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Capacity Planning, QA, QC, R&D, and Supply Chain) to drive operational alignment and project success.
  • Analyze operational and project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (including CAPEX/OPEX, schedules, budgets, and progress reports) while contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration.

• 4–6 years of proven experience in project management & operations manufacturing in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities effectively.

• Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.

• PMP certification is a plus.
