• Revenue & Sales Growth: Solicit new business, handle sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve personal or departmental revenue budgets.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) planners through sales calls, site inspections, and trade shows.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and identify new business segments to position the hotel competitively.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with the front office, banquets, and revenue management teams to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate booking turnovers.
• Reporting & Administration: Produce sales forecasts, track pipeline metrics, and maintain accurate records in hotel customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
