Kansas City Steak, a National Beef Company in Kansas City, Missouri, is looking for a qualified professional to join our family at our Distribution Center as a Part-Time Assistant Shipping Coordinator. Responsibilities

Responsibilities for our Assistant Shipping Coordinator positions include but are not limited to:

• Aid shipping coordination
• Ensure financially settled orders are accurately processed for shipping
• Build shipping waves in accordance with requirements established by operations team
• Coordinate and process the fulfillment of customer orders:
• QVC/HSN shipping, printing, and organizing labels
• Costco, AAGES, and Kroger order processing and order confirmations
• Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Coordinate flow of orders, including integrating shipping of both ground and express orders with FedEx and UPS
• Additional QVC/Fulfillment customer responsibilities
• Completing QVC Item Set Up documents
• Supporting Fulfillment customer product set up and inventory management
• Perform other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Assistant Shipping Coordinator position should possess the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• General knowledge of office management procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Maintain clean, neat and orderly work area
• Demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well with others
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attendance and punctuality record (with previous employer)

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
