We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager - Full time at our Londis Kelly’s Londis, Church Street, Milltown, Co. Kerry. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the store's performance and operations.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Supervise and train store staff to maintain high standards.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and orders.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail, convenience store, supermarket, or similar retail environment.

• Experience in a supervisory or management role is an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong numerical abilities.

• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.

• Sound judgement and decision-making skills.

• Self-motivated with good attention to detail.

• Knowledge of HACCP and health & safety standards.

• Flexible to work 5 days over 7, including weekends as required.
