As the Assistant Showroom Manager, you’ll support the daily operations of our new Melbourne showroom — ensuring it runs smoothly, reflects our brand ethos, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Showroom Management
- Partner with the Showroom Manager to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
- Analyse performance and customer insights to improve results.
- Maintain compliance with global retail standards and SOPs.
- Oversee inventory, floor management, visual merchandising, and budget planning.
Team Management
- Assist to lead, motivate, and support the team to reach goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins and coach for performance and growth.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
Customer Experience
- Champion our O2O (Online-to-Offline) experience, bridging digital and in-store touchpoints.
- Deliver engaging in-store programs that help customers explore and purchase confidently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing and other teams on product launches, events, and campaigns.
- Coordinate local projects and initiatives to elevate the showroom experience.
What You’ll Need:
- At least 2 years’ leadership experience in retail, ideally in furniture or home goods.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset and passion for creating meaningful experiences.
- Hands-on leader with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using tech in retail operations.
- Familiar with O2O retail strategies (a plus).

- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rostered hours as required
