Sears Parts Direct is currently recruiting an Assistant Supervisor for our Appliance Parts Stores in the Nashville area. By joining Sears Home Services you will be joining the #1 national provider of appliance repair services. We have more than 7 million repair parts and accessories available for sale via Parts Direct, protect more than 20 major appliances and household systems through our comprehensive Home Warranty plan, and provide an extensive array of home improvement services.

As the Assistant Manager, you will act as a role model for and ensure that all associates understand their respective roles in providing a fast, in-stock, and helpful customer experience. You will focus on operation excellence and customer service in partnership with the Store Manager to drive store sales and profitability. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in all areas of store performance including customer experience, associate development, sales, expense control, facilities management, LP/safety, inventory management, event planning, operation merchandising, and achievement in profitability goals.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong leadership, administrative, organizational, managerial, and communication skills
• Analytical ability to gather and interpret information, and to develop, recommend, and implement solutions

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
