As an Assistant Wordings Developer, you'll play a key role in supporting the development, launch and ongoing enhancement of our specialist insurance products. Working across multiple teams, you'll contribute to everything from developing policy wordings and launching new products to supporting digital trading platforms. You'll gain exposure to the full product lifecycle while working alongside experts in Product Development, Underwriting, Claims and Technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the drafting, review and maintenance of policy wordings, endorsements, application forms and related documentation.
- Assist with the delivery of new insurance products, coverage enhancements and wording updates.
- Help manage product configurations within internal systems, ensuring changes are implemented accurately.
- Participate in product testing, validation and implementation activities.
- Maintain product documentation, records and version control to support governance and compliance requirements.
- Respond to product-related queries from stakeholders across the business.
- Conduct research into regulatory and jurisdictional requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across product development and operational processes.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn.
- Graduate-level education preferred, with degrees such as Law, Philosophy or Languages viewed favourably.
- Interested in developing a long-term career within insurance and willing to pursue professional insurance qualifications.
