Kelley Kronenberg, a leading national law firm, is seeking a driven and experienced First-Party Property Associate Attorney to join our litigation team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is an on-site position based in our state-of-the-art headquarters, offering an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to sharpen their litigation skills, advance professionally, and make an immediate impact in one of the firm’s fastest-growing practice areas.

If you have 2+ years of experience in First-Party Property insurance litigation (or comparable civil litigation experience), are admitted to practice law in Florida, and are ready to take the next step in your career with a firm that values its people and invests in their success, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Handle First-Party Property cases from inception to resolution.

• Draft legal documents, conduct depositions, and attend mediations and hearings.

• Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys and business leaders.

• Interact directly with clients and contribute to litigation strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

• Minimum 2 years of First-Party Property or civil litigation experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
