Summary of Job Description:
Associate Brand Manager or Brand Manager, Gastro Marketing
Major Responsibilities:
Associate Brand Manager (G14-15)
*Job grade will be determined depending on experience and qualifications
- Develop marketing strategy and tactics with guidance and support from Senior Brand Manager
- Strategically develop and deploy promotional materials and e-detailing initiatives
- Plan and execute promotional events such as sponsored seminars, stand-alone symposia to drive behavior change among HCPs
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs to develop and execute brand strategies
- Plan and execute sales force training in collaboration with Cross-IBD team and Learning Excellence team
- Communicate brand tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation
Brand Manager (G16)
- Manage the launched brand by working closely with brand team members
- Develop marketing strategy in close collaboration with various stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and execute brand strategies
- Plan and execute promotional events such as sponsored seminars, stand-alone symposia to drive behavior change among HCPs
- Strategically develop and deploy promotional materials and e-detailing initiatives
- Plan and execute sales force training in collaboration with Cross-IBD team and Learning Excellence team
- Communicate brand tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Abilities:
For Associate Brand Manager
- More than 1.5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Immunology, OR experience working on pharmaceutical projects in the strategy consulting industry
- Business-level Japanese
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical ability and an innovative mindset
For Brand Manager
- More than 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Immunology, OR experience working on pharmaceutical projects in the strategy consulting industry
- Business-level Japanese and intermediate-level English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills, multitasking skills
- Analytical ability and an innovative mindset
Education/Experience Required:
University degree or above
