About this role
This position is ideal for Orthodontics to join the Clinical team as an Associate Clinical Liaison, contributing to our customers Clinical knowledge development in both Invisalign System and Align digital workflow. Partnering with our commercial and customer support teams, you’ll provide Clinical support and education to dedicated group of customers This role is crucial to increase our customers clinical confidence and proficiency adopting our Clinical solutions and supports Align Technology’s overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Host & execute speaker & CL-led events
- Handle CL support & education activities with supervision
- Work cross-functionally to execute and coordinate on activation/onboarding of new customers
- Might conduct field visits with customers and co-travels with commercial team
- Moderate supervision and some guidance are given about the nature and extent of the work required, methods to be used, and results expected
- Contribute independently.
- Conduct field visits from time to time independently
- Work cross-functionally to execute and coordinate Align educational programs and supports the achievement of predefined business goals
- Structure and manage the execution of project/clinical program tasks with general supervision and little guidance and recommends new approaches
- Support University and DSO training
- Contribute independently. May contribute through others on key projects (can teach Junior Clinical Specialist & share experiences with others, with the potential to support the business)
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Education: Master’s degree in Orthodontics
- Experience: at least two years of experience as an Orthodontist.
- Skills: Good teaching skills, communicate effectively, team worker and possess proficient time management skills.
- Communication: Excellent presentation skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
