About the Opportunity

De Man & Hoediono Dentistry is seeking a professional, relationship-driven Associate Dentist to join one of the Kitchener-Waterloo region's most respected practices. This is a rare opportunity to learn alongside two highly respected clinicians who are passionate about mentorship, continuing education, and helping the next generation of dentists grow.

This role begins as maternity leave coverage and transitions into a long-term, full-time position — an ideal pathway for a motivated clinician looking to establish themselves in the community and build a rewarding career within a four-generation family practice.

• Strong mentorship from experienced, highly respected clinicians
• Consistent flow of new patients directed to associates
• Technology includes CEREC, endodontic microscope, soft tissue laser, panoramic and cephalometric imaging, and a fully paperless workflow

Schedule

Maternity Leave Coverage — Beginning January 22, 2027

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Full-Time Schedule — Beginning June 2027

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

About You:

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
• Valid CPR certification
