What you'll be doing:

• Leading a team of content creators to concept and create breakthrough short-form videocontent
• Working with world-famous brands to bring social strategy to life across IG Reels,TikTok, and more
• Collaborating with Social Creative teams to incorporate video content into Always-Oncontent calendars, 360 campaigns, and brand activations

What you bring:

• A deep understanding of social content production
• Demonstrated ability to concept and produce share-wrothy social video
• Experience in planning, leading, and executing video production at different scales: fromrun-n-gun real-time concepts to plugging into larger productions
• Passion for leadership and team growth

Though not posting content or managing brand DMs themselves, the SocialCreative team works closely with other departments to create world-class social first campaignsacross all digital media and ensure real-time trends and the latest platform features are utilized.
