Associate Events Manager

How you’ll make an impact:

• Lead the planning and execution of complex international congresses and events, from pre-planning, onsite management, post-event evaluation and administration
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including agencies, promotional materials, booth design, travel, accommodation, venues, AV, F&B, and attendee communications.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, senior leadership, external vendors, partners, and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Manage event administration, contracts, payment processing, budget reconciliation, Cvent, and compliance-related requirements in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
• Drive post-event analysis, ROI tracking, lead generation, process improvements, and competitive intelligence activities.
• Provide event planning guidance and support to regional and national teams.
• Conduct site inspections and venue evaluations.
• Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
  

What you'll need (Required):

• Solid experience managing complex events, preferably including congresses.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Strong project management skills, including familiarity with relevant methodologies and tools, with a detail-oriented and process-focused approach.
• Experience in an international corporate environment, preferably within the medical device industry and related compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, organizational levels, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, independent, and highly dependable.
• Resilient under pressure, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel within Europe, approximately 30%.
