We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance professional to join our team. The
Accountant/ Associate - Finance will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks,
including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. The ideal candidate
should have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent quantitative skills, and the ability
to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices,
    reconciling receipts, payments, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering data into accounting software
    and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account
    reconciliations.
  • TDS & GST filings.
  • Ensure correct withholding Tax/ TDS are deducted from the supplier's payment and booked.
  • Book input GST claims wherever applicable.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements, including profit and loss
    statements and balance sheets.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Provide support for audits and financial reviews as needed.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
