Work Location & Schedule


Work Location: Mizkan America’s corporate office in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule that combines in-person collaboration with remote work on other scheduled days, based on business needs and company guidelines.

Schedule: This role is scheduled for at least eight (8) hours per day and 40 or more hours per week. Core hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. Start and end times may be flexible between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., helping employees balance flexibility with team collaboration, business needs, and deadlines.

In-Office Days: Employees work onsite Tuesday through Thursday, creating dedicated time for connection and collaboration.

Additional Requirements: From time to time, additional onsite attendance, schedule flexibility, or business travel may be needed to support meetings, projects, and other business priorities.



What You'll Do

  • Support media planning decisions including budget allocation, channel mix, audience targeting, and flighting strategies for all Signature Brands.
  • Partner with agencies to build and refine integrated media plans aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness across the funnel, from traffic generation to conversion and retention.
  • Ensure campaigns are structured to drive incremental growth, new-to-brand acquisition, and share gains.
  • Contribute to the development of full-funnel media strategies across key retail partners (Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart, etc.) supporting the drive periods and key marketing tentpoles.
  • Support the comprehensive brand plan that supports growth and profit objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign activation across all channels.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve impact, effectiveness, conversion, and consumer acquisitions while building long term bran love and engagement.
  • Leverage performance data and insights to inform ongoing media strategy and future planning cycles.
  • Test and scale new capabilities, formats, and platforms to drive competitive advantage.
  • Manage omnichannel media and shopper marketing budgets across key retailers and initiatives.
  • Track and optimize spend to ensure alignment with brand priorities and financial targets.
  • Maintain budget trackers, and contribute to monthly/quarterly re-planning.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to reallocate investments to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties assigned that support the overall success of the team, department, or organization. This may include participating in cross-functional initiatives, contributing to process improvements, or assisting with special projects as needed.

What You'll Do Education/Experience/Qualifications/Certifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) with a Marketing concentration, preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of classical experience in marketing and marketing communications, preferably in the CPG food industry with a well-known brand or company.
  • Experience managing one or more brands.
  • Experience managing and executing key elements of brand plans including strategy, selling and executing.

Physical Requirements & Work Conditions



  • Ability to remain seated at a workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling office equipment.
  • Ability to view computer screens and read printed materials for prolonged periods.
  • Occasional standing, walking, and reaching within the office environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry office supplies or equipment weighing up to 10–15 lbs.
  • Adequate hearing and speech to communicate effectively in person and via phone/video.
  • Regular, predictable, in-person attendance on the business days the Company requires in-person attendance at this facility. (In-person attendance is optional on the other workdays.) For non-required-in-person attendance days, employees are expected to be present and engaged during the designated work hours for this role.
  • Travel up to 15%.


Compensation & Benefits



Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime pay.
Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, market data, and geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.


Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible to participate in Mizkan’s Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) with a target bonus opportunity of 15%.
