Associate Medical Education Manager, Shoulder & Enabling Technology

Stryker is seeking an Associate Medical Education Manager to lead the development and execution of medical education programs across the Asia Pacific region. This role supports the Shoulder portfolio and enabling technologies, by partnering with healthcare professionals, faculty, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality educational initiatives. The position combines strategic program planning, key opinion leader engagement, curriculum development, and performance measurement to support customer education and technology adoption.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute regional medical education programs and learning pathways aligned with business priorities and customer educational needs.
• Partner with healthcare professionals, faculty members, and key opinion leaders to design and deliver educational events, training programs, and digital learning initiatives.
• Build and maintain a network of clinical faculty and subject matter experts to support ongoing educational activities across Asia Pacific.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Digital Education, to develop curriculum and educational content for new and existing technologies.
• Measure program effectiveness through key performance indicators, participant feedback, utilization data, and post-program evaluations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for program enhancement and educational investment.
• Ensure all educational activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Support medical education branding, communications, and commercialization initiatives through coordinated stakeholder engagement and content development.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 years of professional experience in medical education, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, clinical support, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience leading or managing multiple education programs, training initiatives, or projects across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications for program management, reporting, and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or postgraduate qualification in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the medical device industry or medical education environment.
• Experience supporting orthopedic, surgical, navigation, robotics, or enabling technology portfolios.
• Experience engaging healthcare professionals, clinical faculty, or key opinion leaders in educational programs.

• Location: Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia.
• Regional scope supporting customers and stakeholders across Asia Pacific.
• Travel required to support educational events, faculty engagement, and regional business activities.

Travel Percentage: 50%
