Associate - Operations (Night Shift)

About the Role:
We are hiring Fresh Graduates who are fluent in English and have basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Internet research. Candidates must be able to work during night shift with changes in work hour and work days. Please check the details below for full details:

Working Hours: 6 PM to 3 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Subject to change from time to time)

Work Mode: Hybrid

What you'll do?

• Online Medical documentation
• Prepare billing, medical statements for patients online.
• Update information in Client portal.
• Follow the guidelines of the client and perform tasks in Client Portal as well as document info in spreadsheets.
  

Who can apply?

• Fresh graduate in any academic discipline.
• Computer literacy, basic knowledge on Google Sheets or MS Excel.
• Disciplined and organized, Good attention to details, Quick learner, Positive attitude.
• Excellent in speaking and writing ability.
• Must be able to work during night shift
• The candidate must be able to adapt with minor changes in work hours and major changes in work days. Sometimes work during weekends will be there (subject to overtime payment).
