We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivatedAssociate Paraprofessionalto join our CST team and support the work of our clinical and peer support staff in the field.

Position Summary

TheAssociate Paraprofessionalplays a vital support role within our service delivery CST team. Under supervision, this position assists with client care, administrative tasks, and coordination of behavioral health services. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the behavioral health field and make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Qualified Professionals and Peer Support Specialists with day-to-day client services
  • Assist in implementing recovery-oriented and person-centered care plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of interactions
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and client engagement activities
  • Provide transportation assistance or attend appointments with clients when needed
  • Conduct outreach calls and follow-ups under the guidance of clinical staff
  • Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college coursework in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a behavioral health, social services, or support setting is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and work with diverse populations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
