Requirements

• Experience : 9+ years
• Relevant experience in project management, delivery management, or related roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, governance, and delivery practices.
• Relevant experience in a senior project or delivery leadership role.
• Strong background in project delivery, team building, stakeholder management, and operational management.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a global delivery environment.
• Prior experience in Retail, CPG, and/or e-Commerce businesses is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Qualtrics is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams of approximately 20–25 resources.
• Experience managing a portfolio of approximately $3–5 million.
• Experience supporting the setup, launch, or operational management of a new office or delivery location is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and reporting.
• Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and escalation-handling capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and global teams.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Establish project plans, delivery timelines, milestones, dependencies, and governance mechanisms aligned with business objectives.
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices to drive effective planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure projects meet business goals and client expectations.
• Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and maintain accurate project documentation, action trackers, and delivery reports.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, team performance, and operational priorities.
• Leverage experience with Qualtrics to support relevant project delivery and business initiatives.
• Partner with HR and leadership teams to support talent acquisition and hiring for the new location.
• Support onboarding and integration of new employees and ensure teams are aligned with organizational values, objectives, and performance expectations.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of approximately 20–25 resources, fostering collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous development.
• Drive effective team utilization, performance management, resource planning, and operational coordination.
• Support the establishment and smooth functioning of the new office location in Shanghai.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational, administrative, and setup-related issues affecting the local team.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, facilities, and other support functions to identify and resolve local operational challenges promptly.
• Serve as a liaison between local teams and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, project objectives, timelines, and business requirements.
• Manage multiple stakeholders across business, technology, delivery, HR, and leadership functions.
• Oversee a portfolio of approximately $3–5 million, ensuring effective delivery, financial discipline, and operational performance.
• Support financial tracking and reporting for projects and portfolio activities, including budgets, forecasts, and delivery performance.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and business growth within the new location.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented approach when addressing challenges in an evolving business environment.
• Continuously improve project delivery processes, workflows, governance, and operational practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across distributed teams.
• Support office growth, capability development, and scaling initiatives as the location matures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
