Job Description:
Coordinate sample request, shipment and receiving, pre-clinical species PBMC purification, immune cell isolation, antibody staining, flow cytometry, flowJo data analysis, cell culture, immune cell activation and various immune phenotyping and functional assays.
·Possible ELISA and qPCR.
·The candidate should have basic immunology knowledge and laboratory in vitro cell-based assay experience.
·Will use scientific knowledge and skills to perform immunophenotyping of pre-clinical samples with flow cytometry, immune cell purification with antibody enrichment and flow cytometry sorting.
·In addition, the successful candidate will conduct in vitro assay development to evaluate target expression, pharmacodymanic marker and immune mechanistic safety assay development of human and pre-clinical species.
