Associate / Senior Associate - Investor Services

We are currently seeking an Associate to provide night shift support aligned to the US time zone. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality transfer agency services, ensuring accurate transaction processing, investor onboarding support, and exceptional client service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for Clients and Investors as it relates to transfer agency matters.
• Responsible for processing investor transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions and transfers for your client’s book.
• Review of due diligence documents and liaise with investors/clients for missing KYC and work in conjunction with our KYC team on your client book at investment stage.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shareholder trades.
• Ensure release of trade confirmations, contract notes and account statements by agreed deadline.
• Maintain of shareholder files and investor records.
• Be Client focused and strive to provide excellence in the service to Investors, internal and external Clients.
• Should have a good understanding of regulatory and audit requirements to ensure all the requirements are fulfilled.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks by utilizing effective time management skills.

Qualifications Required:

• Experience in Transfer Agency or Fund Administration operations role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a truly client servicing mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork Committed to self-improvement.
• Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under high pressure.
• Ability to deliver within agreed deadlines.
• Proficient with suite of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)
• Fluent in English, fluency in any other language would be advantageous.
