We're looking for an Associate Solution Consultant to support the configuration and delivery of our software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who enjoys problem-solving, working with technology, and delivering high-quality outcomes within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the configuration of software solutions based on defined requirements
• Assisting with system setup, validation and testing activitiesProducing clear and accurate documentation
• Identifying and escalating risks, issues or gaps where appropriateWorking closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants to achieve successful project outcomes
• Contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing activities within the team

Skills and Experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracyLogical and structured problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• An interest in SaaS applications, technology and software delivery
• Ability to work effectively within established processes and frameworks
• Experience in customer support, software delivery, administration, business analysis, technical coordination or a similar environment would be beneficial
