What your new challenge will look like
As part of the 4flow research team, you will work on highly relevant and practice-oriented topics with a direct connection to research, initially limited to 3 years.Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:
Extend ourexpertisein areas of Supply Chain Managementwith and without quantitative focus,e.g.inventory management
Contribute to pioneering research projects and helpto define tomorrow’s supply chain strategies.
Deliverresearch andanalytics services through programming and data management, including mathematical modeling anddesign ofAIagents.
Collaborate on team activities and internalknowledge exchangeinitiatives to strengthen our agile culture.
What makes you a great fit
You hold a Master’s or Diploma degree in a relevant field.
Strong technical skills in mathematical modeling,simulationoroptimization.
Proficiencyin Python and commonscientific computing and machine learning libraries, combined with a strong interest in and first practical experience with modern AI technologies such as RAG and AIagents.
A passion for solving complex supply chain management andlogisticsproblems, complemented byinitialpractical experience in the field..
You’reself-driven, eager tolearnand ready to bring innovative ideas to the table.
