Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Tech & ERP roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing globally.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Utilize ATS system to track and manage candidate data and recruitment metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Generate reports to measure recruitment success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/ equivalent qualification in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter in the Information Technology and Services industry.
• Experience in handling ERP recruitment would be an added advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HRIS software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
