Associate Technical Engineer, CMC

What you will do

We are a trusted partner in remote surveillance and an established player in the security market. To strengthen our team in Brussels, we are looking for aSystem Support Engineer to support operations of our Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre (MARC).

Howyouwilldoit

• Provide comprehensivetechnical supportfor the Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Install, configure, and supportnew technologies and system enhancements.

• Contribute to continuous performanceimprovementinitiatives across the department.

• Allocate and coordinate internal and external technical resources.

• Maintain clear and regular communication with management regarding technical topics and progress.

• Coordinate and supportdata protectioncompliance activities.

• Ensure technical support services meet corporate and company standards.

• Supporttechnical projectswithin defined budgets and timelines.

• Maintain a secure and organized working environment (“clean desk” policy).

Whatwe lookfor

Required

• Solid knowledge ofLinuxandWindows Serverenvironments.

• In‑depth understanding ofnetworking.

• Fluent inDutch/Flemish and English, and intermediateFrench.

• Excellentcommunicationskills.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.

• Ability to perform under pressure and manage stressful situations effectively.

• Responsible attitude and time flexibility.

Preferred

• Knowledge of the electronic security industry and relevant industry certifications.

• Experiencewithdatabases.

• Familiarity with systems used in Customer MonitoringCentres(e.g., MASterMind, video surveillance platforms).

• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 processes and INCERT quality certification requirements.
