We’re looking for an experienced Associate Technical Lead with over 5 years of software engineering experience and a strong background in Java and Spring Boot. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring others, and collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented engineers, helping them grow and succeed. You’ll design and develop secure, scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions, driving the adoption of AI-assisted tools, and ensuring best practices are followed across the software development lifecycle. About you Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: Technical expertise: You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot. You’re skilled in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise-grade applications. Cloud and DevOps knowledge: You’re familiar with Azure or AWS platforms and have experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies. AI tools: You’ve worked with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT. Leadership skills: You’ve led technical teams, mentored engineers, and successfully delivered projects. Communication: You can explain complex ideas simply and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
