We are a key player in various regional markets and actively make market, structure, originate, innovate and distribute a wide range of products.
Our extensive network in Asia and our growing Asian focused GFM Investment Banking (IB) franchise helps expand our product outreach and deepen product penetration. Altogether, our specialists are working across our expanding branch network to offer a full range of products and exceptional levels of services to clients investing and hedging in the global markets. In particular, we are looking to establish dedicated Singapore-based IB specialist support to systematically drive our GFM-IB origination, coordination and execution across our internal and external channels from a Greater China client coverage perspective.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Greater China IB client coverage, origination, coordination of product execution across ECM, DCM advisory broader GFM opportunities
- Assist in the management of our One Bank cross-selling opportunities
- Prepare integrated IB client coverage materials, market intelligence, industry analysis and strategic account plans across ECM, DCM and broader GFM solutions to support holistic client coverage, mandate origination and wallet share expansion
- Support sponsor, founder, family office and investor ecosystem development in partnership with our private bank, institutional banking group and GFM product teams
- Coordinate transaction execution across various internal stakeholders and pipeline management across Greater China IB coverage, IB and broader GFM product teams
- Support development of GFM China+N opportunities across funding, investment and risk management solutions
- Data and information processing – data mining, update and create relevant database
Requirements
- Bachelor of Finance and/or accounting background
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking Capital Markets, Corporate Banking or Greater China client coverage
- Knowledge of Greater China capital markets and corporate landscape would be an advantage
- Fluent level of relevant language skills (business level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and good knowledge on usage of Bloomberg
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
