DescriptionofWork:

WorkasanAssistanttotheDesignManager.Prepareminutes ofmeetings,budgetspread sheets,draftwaiverrequests.Coordinatewith disciplinesthetechnical commentson drawings andspecificationsfromvariousstakeholders.Helppreparepermitrequests.Prepare documentstosendtotheprinter.Helpinthepreparationofprojectbid documentsand PowerPointpresentations.Trackandmanagesubmittalsandapprovals.Helpinthe preparationofprojectspecifications(Division1). Assist and/orrepresentDMOduringthe constructionphaseforvariousprojects.

Qualifications

QualificationsRequirements:BachelorofScienceDegreeinMechanicalEngineering

ExperienceRequirements:Minimumfour(4)yearsofprojectmanagementexperience includingsupervising,administering,managingandcoordinatingofdesignprojects.

LicensingRequirements:NYSPELicensenot mandatory

SpecialSkills/TrainingRequirements:

Someexperienceindesignrequired.

Familiaritywith designmanagementorproject managementpreferred.

Familiaritywith public sectorprojectspreferred.

Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
