AT - Program Manager

Role / Function:

• Manages eVersum projects with respect to cost, schedule, and quality objectives
• Coordinates all internal departments and team members
• Ensures effective communication between the relevant departments and project team members
• Develops and confrims agreed-upon project plan internally and with the client
• Manages communication with the client
• Handles internal and external reporting based on required reports
• Requests departmental reports from team members and reviews them regularly
• Initiates corrective measures collaboratively with the team in the event of deviations

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for program Timing, Cost and Quality
• Escalation of items out of his competence
• Initiate counter measures, where needed, with the entire Team
• Reports Project Status internally and externally

Profile / Requirements:

• Degree from university or similar
• Fluent English
• Slovenian and/or German would be great
• Strong management skills and experience
• Excellent social & communication skills – able to clearly articulate position with clarity at all levels
• Independent and goal-oriented action
• Internationally appropriate behavior/understanding of cultural differences
• Friendly and open-minded personality
• Ability to set priorities
