At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join and lead our Corporate Accounting Department for the position of Audit Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and review audit engagements to ensure high-quality delivery within agreed deadlines

  • Assess current financial practices and internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Review financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS

  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required

  • Supervise and manage client deadlines in accordance with the annual financial calendar

  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of audit working papers and related documents

  • Plan, assign, and review audit team members’ work

  • Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication

  • Prepare reports requested by management, including ad hoc analysis where necessary

  • Liaise with corporate administrators, tax authorities, and other governmental bodies when required

Requirements

  • ACCA qualification (completed or in progress)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in audit (preferably in a professional services firm)

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards

  • Experience supervising and mentoring audit staff

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
