Your Responsibilities

• Was erwartet dich in deiner Ausbildung?

  • Grundlagen: Du erlernst die Grundkenntnisse in der Metallbearbeitung, im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung und der Werkstoffprüfung.
  • Theorie: Du vertiefst dein Wissen in fachspezifischen Lehrgängen wie Pneumatik, Hydraulik, Regelungstechnik, Grundlagen IT, Metall- und Elektrotechnik, Schweißen und Antriebe.
  • Praxis: Der Kern deiner Ausbildung besteht darin, die Produktionsprozesse zur Herstellung von Weißblech bei Rasselstein kennenzulernen. Hierzu gehören zum Beispiel Beizen, Walzen, Glühen, Veredeln.
  • Weitere Ausbildungsinhalte: Du wirst nach einem Jahr im Schichtbetrieb eingesetzt und lernst die Produktionsanlagen und -prozesse kennen
  • Ausbildungsdauer: 3,5 Jahre

• Mittlere Reife oder höherwertiger Schulabschluss
• Spaß an der Überwachung und Steuerung von Produktionsanlagen
• Räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen, technisches und mathematisches Verständnis
