• General inspection, maintenance and repair of passenger vehicles and light trucks
• Inspecting and testing vehicles, completing preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, alignments and replacing  filters.
• Listening to customers' descriptions of issues, repairing engine failures, repairing mechanical and electrical system malfunctions, replacing parts and components.
• Keeping shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies and performing preventive maintenance.
• $15-30/Hour based on experience with incentives.
• Mon-Fri - Normally 7:30-4:30 with flexibility to fit employees needs, a few Saturdays during the fall tire changeover season.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience - 2+ years preferred 
• VT State inspection license 
• Must have s valid driver's license
• Honest, dependable, motivated
• Positive, up beat personality
• Exceptional customer service focus
• Creative, high energy and persistent natured
• Safety and environmentally focused given the nature of the working environment
• Able to make sound recommendations
• Excellent communication skills
