Automation Engineer

1. Project management of manufacture process related projects in both assembly and injection molding.
2. Find the opportunities to optimize or modify current machines, assembly tools, etc.
3. Creation of use requirement specification for machine, fixture etc.
4. Planning, realization and documentation of validation processes.
5. Provide necessary support for first time production and solving issues found during production.
6. Lead project team to achieve project goal timely.
7. Finish other tasks assigned by superior.
8. Safety Responsibilities: To follow strictly the company and ESH regulations and operational procedures. To receive safety production education and training activities. To report the Incident and risks to manager or ESH manager whatever it is serious or not. To stop any unsafe behavior.

Qualifications

Work experience: At least 2 years related work experience on assembly automation or assembly device introduction project. Experience in automatic assembly machine design. Experience in leading automation project, including assembly, packing, logistics. Experience in efficiency increase in assembly area.

Expertise :

Design of automatic assembly machine and assembly tools.

Project management skills.

Familiar with Auto CAD, Solidworks such kinds of software.

Knowledge in PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi), configuration software, robotics (KUKA, Epson), visual system (Keyence, Cognex, Basler) preferred.

Knowledge in AI area preferred.

Knowledge in injection molding area preferred.

Education: Level: College degree or above    Subject: Mechanical engineering or mechatronics              

Languages: English, Chinese.

Soft skills: Team player, able to work and communicate in a multicultural global network (strong communication skills). Analytic and structured way of working. Good problems solving ability.
