About the role

As our Automation Manager, Operational Technology,you'llowncriticalPre-Packplatformsand help shape how automation technology is developed,standardisedand scaled across the LEGO® manufacturing network. This is a global platform ownership role that combines technical credibility with stakeholdermanagement.You'llwork closely with Production, Maintenance and R&D partners while supporting sites across Europe, Mexico,Chinaand Vietnam.You'llcoordinate platform development, guide technologydecisionsand help ensure robust,secureand reliable production capabilities for the future.

Please note that you should expect to travel 20-40 daysa year.

Required Qualifications

• Delivered PLC programming, installation and troubleshooting within complex manufacturing environments

• Managed automation,controlsor operational technology solutions supporting production platforms

• Built andmaintainedindustrial network architectures and cyber-secure automation environments

• Led software upgrades, platformdevelopmentor technology implementation initiatives

• Coordinated work across multiple departments with competing operational priorities

• Communicated effectively in English within international manufacturingorganisations

Preferred Qualifications

• Developed solutions using industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP or OPC UA

• Designed or supported functional safety systems, electricaldiagramsand troubleshooting activities

• Managed platform ownership responsibilities across multiple sites or regions

• Experiencedworking under remote management and keptconsistent and filtered information flow upwards.
