Automic Workload Automation Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automic Workload Automation Consultant with strong expertise in Broadcom Automic Workload Automation (AWA/UC4) to design, implement, and support enterprise workload automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in platform administration, workflow development, enterprise integrations, automation strategy, and production support across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise automation solutions using Broadcom Automic (AWA/UC4).

• Administer Automation Engine (AE), AWI, Agents, workflows, jobs, calendars, events, queues, and Automic scripting.

• Lead platform installation, upgrades, migrations, patching, performance tuning, and High Availability (HA)/Disaster Recovery (DR) implementations.

• Design and manage integrations with SAP, databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), REST APIs, and enterprise applications.

• Drive automation strategy, governance, process standardization, and optimization across business units.

• Align Automic solutions with enterprise architecture, cloud, and DevOps initiatives.

• Lead production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and platform health monitoring.

• Mentor team members, provide technical leadership, and contribute to Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in AE, AWI, Agents, Workflows, Calendars, Events, Queues, and Automic scripting.

• Experience with Linux/UNIX, Windows, SQL databases, Shell/PowerShell/Python scripting, and REST API integrations.

• Hands-on experience with platform upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and enterprise workload automation.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, or Terraform.

Preferred Qualifications

• Broadcom Automic Certified Professional/Expert or equivalent certification.

• Experience with SAP, cloud automation, enterprise integrations, and hybrid environments.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

 

 

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

• BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)

Experience :

• 8–10 years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Broadcom Automic (AWA/UC4).
