• Deliver trainings on TML SCV Cargo & Pickups product portfolio, competition comparison to Dealer Sales Team
• Conduct On Job Trainings (OJT) and Role Plays
• Increase the usage of LMS and coverage of E-Learning Courses, Online Tests
• Candidate should be well versed with latest automobile technology
• Knowledge of conducting product demonstrations
• Extensive travelling will be involved across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh

Qualifications

• # Minimum Graduate
• # Minimum Recent Training Experience of 5 to 6 years in Auto Industry - Sales
• # Meet Age Criteria-Max 45 Years
• # Explain the Role Properly
• # Will be on Centum Payroll
• # Open to Travel (15 to 18 Days of Travel-Territory Two States Gujrat and MP)
• # Good Communication Skill
• # Proficient in Local Language
• # Experience in Auto Commercial Segment is Added Benefit
