Automotive Express Customer Service Advisor

Position Overview:
As an Express Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers in the express lane. You’ll coordinate quick maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections while providing exceptional customer communication and care. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, value efficiency, and are passionate about building lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Greet express service customers and review maintenance needs

• Communicate services recommended by technicians in clear, easy-to-understand language

• Prepare accurate estimates and obtain customer authorizations

• Keep customers updated on service status and timing expectations

• Ensure timely and efficient flow of vehicles through the express service lane

• Maintain accurate service records and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of customer service experience

• A clear communicator who can break down technical terms for customers

• Driven, professional, and committed to a career in automotive service

• A multitasker who thrives in a high-volume, team-oriented environment

• Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills

• Eager to learn and grow through training and feedback

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Able to pass a pre-employment background check

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
