We're looking for our new Flying Doctor Technician to provide on-site support (especially in connection with electrical buses) with the following responsibilities:
- Managing escalated technical cases from front-line support, validating information, performing deep-dive analysis and defining corrective actions.
- Providing remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams to ensure timely and effective vehicle repair.
- Producing clear, structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, highlighting risks, trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitoring activity KPIs (case ageing, recurrence, fix-it-right-first-time) and flagging early warning signals on product or process issues.
- Contributing to technical knowledge base and best practices, supporting continuous improvement of Level 1 agents and workshop.
Qualifications
- Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex repair (dealer, workshop or OEM environment).
- Proven ability to analyze technical data, fault codes and log files to identify root causes and recurring issues on vehicles.
- Capable of translating OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams and procedures into clear repair instructions for workshops.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English; able to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way.
- Team player with proactive attitude, logical and inquisitive mindset, able to operate in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments.
