We are looking for a precision-oriented Parts Counter Specialist to provide elite service to our luxury clientele and expert technicians.

What You’ll Do:

• Expert Sourcing: Utilize the Audi ETKA (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to accurately identify and source genuine components for retail and internal shop needs.
• Customer Ambassadorship: Greet clients professionally, providing accurate price quotes and technical guidance over the phone and at the counter.
• Strategic Inventory: Manage stock levels, receive and unpack shipments and verify items accurately.
• Technician Support: Act as a critical link for our service team, ensuring technicians have the exact parts required to maintain operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Prior experience in an automotive parts role is desired; specific experience with Audi or VW is highly preferred.
• Technical Savvy: Experienced use with dealership management systems (e.g., Reynold&Reynolds or CDK) and parts catalogs.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, squat, and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and assist with loading/unloading trucks.
• Attributes: A "team-player" attitude, strong mathematical skills for calculating discounts, and a valid driver's license.
