We are a family owned and operated Auto Repair Facility, a top rated national franchise located in one of the fastest growing communities in Tennessee. We just celebrated our 3 year in business and average over 100 cars per week. We expect outstanding customer service, we are heavily involved in the our community and highly value all of our team members.

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, outgoing, dependable automotive service advisor. We are willing to train the individual with the right talents, especially a positive attitude. Daily duties include, answering phone, greeting customers, obtaining demographic information, documenting customer concerns, developing estimates, communicating issues, repairs, close tickets an process payments. Customer service is our number one priority here, providing frequent and accurate communication with our customer is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to mentor others in a manner that ensures efficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to develop professional relationships with customers and team members
• Proven track record of exceeding business objectives
• Ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team
• Solid knowledge of basic OSHA laws
• Procure and receive parts for work orders
• Provide our customers with the information they need to make an informed decision
