Hilton Head BMW is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive sales and service.

Our service department is expanding so we are needing to add an Service Advisor to work with our award winning team representing the BMW brand!

Our Service Advisor should be passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day.

Qualifications

• A Positive and friendly attitude
• Customer Service Experience is a Plus
• CDK/ADP Dealer Services Experience is an Advantage
• Always putting the customer first
• Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
• Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
