Automotive Technician / Jaguar, McLaren, and Aston Martin

ERS ELITE is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician specializing in ** Jaguar, McLaren, and Aston Martin** vehicles. This role requires a minimum of ** 3 years of dealership/retailer experience** preferred, but other related experience will be considered. Technicians will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on high-end luxury vehicles to ensure outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair **transmissions, engines, electrical, braking, and other vehicle systems **.
• Perform complex repairs and replacements following OEM procedures for luxury vehicles.
• Utilize manual and computerized diagnostic tools for precise troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
• Provide accurate labor and time estimates for recommended repairs.
• Maintain detailed **repair records and service documentation **.
• Work efficiently to meet **manufacturer and dealership standards **.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a ** clean work environment **.

Requirements

Skill Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
